Priprava pacienta na operacijo jeter Za izdelavo diplomskega dela smo uporabili metodo vprašalnika. V prvem delu diplomskega dela so predstavljena jetra, anatomija, fiziologija, ter anatomija, fiziologija in patofiziologija debelega črevesa vključno z metastazami na jetrih. Poglobili smo se v vrste preiskav za odkrivanje bolezni in postavitev diagnoze. Predstavili smo operativno ter konzervativno zdravljenje. V drugem delu diplomskega dela je predstavljena zdravstvena nega, proces zdravstvene nege, vloga medicinske sestre pri pripravi bolnika na operativni poseg ter pooperativna zdravstvena nega. V študiji primera, ki zajema bolnika z rakom debelega črevesja ter posledično metastazami na jetrih, ugotavljamo njegovo zmožnost samooskrbe pred in po operaciji. In the thesis we used the questionnaire as the method for collecting the data. In the first part of the thesis the anatomy and physiology of the liver is presented as well as anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology of the large bowel including liver metastasis. We looked closely into different examinations that may provide diagnosis of the disease. Additionally, surgical and conservative ways of the treatment are described. In the second part of the thesis nursing care is presented; more detailed the role of a nurse in preoperative care of a patient and postoperative management.
